How can I track my order with TTPOP?

After your order ships, we'll email you the tracking number and update your order status to “Shipped in transit”.

Where is my package?

We understand the frustration when you can't find your package. Please check your email or messenger for a tracking number. It typically updates within 24-48 hours after shipment. 

If you located your tracking number, make sure to visit the carrier tracking site for the latest status! If it's marked as delivered but you can't find it, try checking with the apartment office, locker, or neighbors' door. 

If you completed all the steps above but still can’t retrieve your package, kindly email us at support-as@ttpops.top with the order number, and our helpful customer service team will be glad to assist!
